How We Research

We check real prices from yoola.ug, Jumia Uganda, and Kampala retailers. We do not guess prices. Every price on this site is verified against a live listing at the time of our review. We visit retailer websites, check inventory, and record the actual asking price in Ugandan shillings.

Our process is straightforward: find the product, verify the spec sheet, check the current price at multiple sources, and write a practical guide that explains what you get for your money. No marketing language. No sponsored placements masquerading as recommendations.

What We Do NOT Cover

It is important to be clear about our limits. We are NOT a shop. We do NOT sell electronics. If you are looking to buy something directly from us, you will not find a checkout page here.

We do NOT provide repair services. If your TV has a dead pixel or your fridge stopped cooling, we cannot fix it. Contact the manufacturer or a local repair technician.

We do NOT handle warranty claims. If your product fails under warranty, contact the shop where you bought it or the manufacturer directly. We are not an intermediary.

We do NOT provide financial or investment advice. Our guides help you compare electronics, not manage your money.

This site is NOT for: people looking for specific shop inventory (we do not track what is in stock where), people needing immediate technical support (we are not a help desk), or people who want us to buy electronics on their behalf (we are not a purchasing service).

Price Accuracy

Prices verified on yoola.ug and from Kampala retailers, June 2026. We check prices diligently, but retail prices in Uganda change frequently. Exchange rate fluctuations, import duty adjustments, and retailer promotions all affect the price you see on the shelf.

Use our prices as a guide, not a guarantee. If you see a different price in a shop, that does not mean our information is wrong. It means the market moved. We update prices periodically, but the most accurate price is always the one on the retailer's shelf or website at the moment you are ready to buy.
